What Can I Do To Control My Blood Glucose Levels?
Know your fasting blood glucose level and hemoglobin A1c level. Talk to your health care team to know how often you should test these levels.
The target fasting blood glucose level for most people living with type 2 diabetes is 4 – 7.0 mmol/L.
The target A1c level for most people living with type 2 diabetes is below 7%.
